As you would expect when a 3-8 team is taking on a 7-5 team, the Washington State Cougars enter tonight's Apple Cup against the Washington Huskies as an underdog.
The line opened at 4 just about anywhere you looked, but that is now down to 3 at some places. After the drop, the action started coming in heavy on the Cougs early yesterday. But since yesterday evening, the majority of the action has come in on the Huskies, with 70 percent of the bets now on Washington. Still, the line is holding steady.
As for the money line, most places appear to be sitting right around Washington -160, and that's where the majority of bettors appear to have put their cash. Those betting on the Cougs were getting +140 yesterday, but a move to +145 seems to have stemmed the trend to bet on the Cougs.
The total is where the biggest change has taken place: it's dropped from 65 to as low as 62.5. The action appears evenly split there.
