The CougCenter Hour: The loss of another senior leader

For the second time in three seasons, the leader of the WSU football team is cut down with a brutal injury. We'll talk about what Connor Halliday means to this team and what happens for the final three games.

You damn people and you're "Oh, I get an extra hour of sleep or partying on Saturday! Thanks time change!".

The work schedule has finally settled down and we're back behind the microphone. We just wish we had cheerier things to talk about instead of another catastrophic injury to a player that's the heartbeat of the Washington State football team. Connor Halliday remains in the hospital after breaking his ankle against USC on Saturday. His career at WSU is over and his prospects for the NFL took a big shot. We try to make sense of it, if we can at all.

After that, a visit with the Spokesman-Review's Jacob Thorpe about the mindset of a now bowl-ineligible football team and what we can gather from the final three games of the season against OSU, ASU and Washington.

As always, we get to the Dunderhead of the Week and Ask Michael Anything at the end. Tweet your questions with the hashtag #cougcenterhour or leave them in the comments.
