Former Cougar guard Klay Thompson came up huge last night as he led his Golden State Warriors over the Indiana Pacers.
Thompson, and his much debated goatee, scored 25 points, 16 of which came in the fourth quarter including the two points with .6 seconds remaining that sealed the game for the Warriors. See the full highlights, including the buzzer beater in the highlights below.
"It felt great. To hit that shot, I'm not going to lie, it felt great," Thompson said. "I proved to people I can make that shot and I wanted that shot."
The Warriors are now 37-24 on the season and Klay is a big part of that. He's averaging 18 points per game and is hitting 40% of shot from behind the arc. Klay leads his Warriors into Boston tonight at 4:30 PT.
