Pac-12 announces yearly awards and All-Century team Tuesday

There are multiple Cougars that could take home yearly awards on Tuesday.

The Pac-12 conference will announce the winners of their yearly conference awards on Tuesday evening at 6 p.m. on Inside the Pac-12.

There are multiple Cougars who have the opportunity to come home with an award including head coach Mike Leach who is one of the favorites for coach of the year.

The awards that will be announced include offensive and defensive player of the year, Freshman offensive and defensive players of the year, and the first and second team players.

The conference will also announce their All-Century team Tuesday. Last week the conference announced the finalist including the names of Cougar greats of: Marcus Trufant, Jason Hanson, Mel Hein, and Keith Millard.

ALL-CONFERENCE HONORS: All-Pac-12 honors will be released Tuesday, Dec. 1. The Conference office will release first and second teams honors, while Pac-12 Networks will unveil the various Player of the Year honors, including Coach of the Year and Scholar-Athlete of the Year on Inside Pac-12 Football at 6 p.m. PT.
