The middle of December is quickly approaching which means the scramble to finish holiday shopping is ramping up by the day. It's been a good year to be a Washington State fan with the resurgent football season and thanks to the Internet, there are plenty of ways to celebrate 2015 with an assortment of Washington State gifts.
We've collected a few options for the Washington State fan in your life. This is just a small sampling of options, please add your own in the comments below.
Cougar Athletic Fund Membership
Know a Cougar fan who isn't a member of the Cougar Athletic Fund? You can change that with the gift of membership. They will receive all of the goodies that come along with being a member while also having the donation in their name to the athletic department.
Cost: $50 or $100 depending on CAF gift membership.
Where to buy: Cougar Athletic Fund website
Updated: Today, the CAF is launching a "Give the Gift of Membership" campaign to push them over their goal of 1,000 new members. Check out the details below and consider gifting a membership to help build the largest athletic fun membership in the Pac-12.
Give the Gift of Cougar Athletic Fund (CAF) membership this holiday season! There is no more impactful way to support the Cougars and the 450+ student-athletes that represent Washington State University than membership in the CAF. As an added bonus, both the purchaser and new CAF member will receive an exclusive 8 x 10 print commemorating WSU Football's come-from-behind victories during the 2015 season.
The Cougar Athletic Fund is only 48 memberships away from acquiring 1000 new members since July 1st, 2015. With the help of Cougs everywhere, the CAF can reach the goal of 1000 new members and be on the way to becoming the largest athletic fund membership in the Pac-12. Go Cougs!

*Campaign runs through January 4th, 2015.

WSU Strideline socks
You can get just about any piece of clothing branded with WSU colors and the Cougar logo, including socks. Strideline Socks -- a Seattle company -- recently added WSU to their collegiate collection and have five styles, including ugly Christmas sweater inspired socks, for if you really want to go all out at the party this year. I have a pair myself and they fit well and appear to be well made. As far as I can tell, the socks are one-size, but for reference they fit my size 11 perfectly.
Cost: $15-16 per pair.

Sun Bowl travel package, tickets and more
If a Cougar fan you know is making the trip to El Paso to watch the Cougs in the Sun Bowl, you can add to their experience with a few options. The WSU Alumni Association is offering a couple of hotel packages as well as tickets to an alumni function prior to the game. You could also buy their tickets to the game, which we've covered previously.
Cost: $99 and up.
Where to buy: CougFansTravel.com
Sun Bowl commemorative shirt
The Cougars are headed to the Sun Bowl which means an opportunity to add another bowl game t-shirt to your closet, or the closet of any Cougar fan. Thankfully the fine folks at CougShirts.com have come up with a Sun Bowl t-shirt design ahead of the holidays.
Cost: Currently on sale for $14.99
Where to buy: CougShirts.com
WSU original art
Thanks to places like Etsy, you can find plenty of unique WSU artwork and other things you may want to put around your house. Some are even customizable, like this wood pallet sign cut out in the shape of the state of Washington and painted with WSU colors and the Cougar head logo. With a wide array of options also comes a wide array of prices with items ranking from $15 to more than $100.
Cost: Varies, typically $15-$100
Where to buy: Etsy link for WSU related items.
Cougar cheese
Most Cougar fans also enjoy cheese from the WSU Creamery making Cougar Gold or any of the other seven flavors a solid option. Unfortunately, the WSU Creamery is sold out of Cougar cheese for the season and until at least sometime in January, but there are still a couple of options. You can purchase a gift card for the creamery on their website or find the cheese at a couple of other places off campus.
Cost: $22 per can and up, depending on the location.
Where to buy: WSU branch campuses or WSU Connections stores.
We've had good success on gift help in the comment section of these gifts guides before, so feel free to drop in anything you think might be of interest.
