The highly talented Taylor Taliulu treated us fans with another one of his creations this week, a mixtape that he released to soundcloud.

This is the biggest release for Taliulu, who goes by the stage name Tay Ali. "East Side Story" has 16 tracks, and most of them are surprisingly listenable. There are plenty of football players who try to rap who shouldn't, but Taliulu doesn't fall into that group.

His songs revolve around parties, alcohol and women, which isn't exactly new, but he adds a little Pullman twist to it. One of my favorite songs, "Got It" feature lyrics talking about a party on Oak St. and "frat boys smoking on that good tree."

He mentions Wazzu multiple times throughout the tape and makes a couple references to football. The lyric "always late to class cuz I think that shit is boring," is particularly relatable.

In addition to rapping on all the tracks Taliulu produced seven of the 16 tracks. Its an impressive work of art for a full time college student who also happens to play football. Lets not forget about how he found time to make the video series "The Grind" profiling the Cougs offseason.

"East Side Story" is worth checking out for yourself, you might just be a little impressed. In case you missed the link to it up top, here it is again.
