ESPN's Travis Haney is releasing his top 50 returning players for the 2016 season  Monday he released players 50-26 to start off and will release the rest in the next few days.

Luke Falk came in at 29th on this list after helping turn around the 2015 Cougar football season. Throwing for 4,561 yards he found the endzone 38 times while also dealing with injuries causing him to miss time.

Last season he threw for more than 350 yards 7 of the 12 games he played in and threw for less than 2 touchdowns just once. Haney's first sentence is "no one in America slings the ball more than Falk" under his listing . Completing 447 of 644 passes and averaged just under 10 more attempts per game than the second most - Patrick Mahomes II (44.2)

With another offseason under his belt and his favorite receiver in Gabe Marks returning next season it will be a lot of fun to watch Falk break more Cougar records.

UCLA's Eddie Vanderdoes starts off the list at No. 50 and Washington's Budda Baker came in at 34.
