Gabe Marks caught eight passes for 107 yards on Saturday, and by doing so he became just the second WSU receiver to top 3,000 career receiving yards. Marks is now 205 yards from setting the WSU career receiving record.
With at least five games left in the season a healthy Marks will assuredly end his career at the top of the list. We’ll have to wait a least a few days for that to happen, so until then, let’s see how well you know the current WSU receiving record board.
Q1: Which WSU receiver has the most career receiving yards without ever recording a rushing attempt. Gabe Marks has 3,003 career receiving yards, but also three rushing attempts, so it’s not him.
Q2: Name the WSU player to hold the receiving record for each of the following decades.
— 2010s, 2000s, 1990s, 1980s, 1970s, 1960s.
