Washington State Cougar fans have a lot to look forward to next season and their quarterback is the main reason for that excitement.
ESPN, like every other college football fan, is already looking forward to next football season. With their position group reviews being released, Monday brought their Pac-12 North quarterback part of the series.
Washington State joins Washington as the only teams that ESPN has in great shape. The Cougars are bringing back Luke Falk who was the leader behind a 9-3 team. The Huskies will be bringing back Jake Browning.
Falk finished the season with 447 completions on 644 attempts while finding the endzone 38 times and was intercepted 8 times. With another spring to learn Mike Leach's offense and most of the offense returning (including standout wide receiver Gabe Marks), Falk will certainly be one of the top quarterbacks in the conference.
ESPN has Stanford in good shape, and California, Oregon, and Oregon State are all still up in the air.
