With just over 2 weeks before the 2016 NFL Draft, Joe Dahl has been getting plenty of attention from teams. Ten organizations have scheduled a meeting or workout with Dahl in the next few weeks.
One of those teams include the San Francisco 49ers, who are in need of offensive lineman. In an article by David Fucillo of Niners Nation he gives a explanation of the 49ers need at the position:
The 49ers offensive line has plenty of questions, particularly with the potential Anthony Davis return delayed, and now amidst a trade rumor. Davis is likely not factored into the team's plans for the time being. That leaves Trenton Brown as the potential favorite at right tackle, Zane Beadles at left guard, Daniel Kilgore at center, and then some combination of Andrew Tiller, Erik Pears, Marcus Martin, Brandon Thomas, and others at right guard
The 49ers have a pick in each of the first three rounds, 2 picks in the fourth round, 3 in the fifth round, and 4 picks in the sixth round.
Dahl was originally projected to be a late round pick but since has moved his way up and could be taken in day 2 of the draft.
The New York Jets, New England Patriots, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Philadelphia Eagles, San Diego Chargers, Minnesota Vikings, Carolina Panthers, Baltimore Ravens and the Indianapolis Colts are the other teams that have scheduled time with the former Cougar left tackle according to a draftInsider.net article.
The 49ers are familiar with offensive lineman from the Palouse as they took Idaho guard Mike Iupati as the 17th pick in the 2010 NFL draft

Report: Johnson to transfer from WSU | KREM.com
Earlier in the offseason, Washington State guard Que Johnson said he was going to declare for the NBA draft and not hire an agent. Obviously, Johnson, just like the rest of us, figure nothing is going to come of that, so he's preparing for his senior year of college.
