Forget the South Carolina men. The 16-19 Washington State women are the feelgood, underdog story of March Madness.
It might not be the NCAA Tournament, but it's still the postseason, and the Cougs are still looking for a championship. And so far, they've looked good enough to get there.
On Tuesday, the team had a full day in Atlanta to get ready for Georgia Tech. The official WSU Athletics Youtube account chronicled their day in peach state which included a practice and a trip to a local aquarium.
But they didn't tell the whole story. The trip also included a special visit from rapper and noted snapchat enthusiast DJ Khaled, who gave a shoutout to Cougar fans everywhere.

Sure, it's just the WNIT, but this trip to the tournament semifinals could be huge for the Cougs. They're a young team, made even younger after being hit with a long slate of injuries, and these extra games in a sudden death environment will help their development in a big way. Plus, it's a bunch of 18-22 year old having fun doing what they love.
The Cougs tip off against Georgia Tech tonight at 4 o'clock pacific time and you can watch it live on ESPN3.
