It was an eventful Sunday for the Washington State baseball team. The Cougars won both ends of a double header against Stephen F. Austin, recording 10-5 and 7-3 victories. On a quick glance, that might seem that eventful, but four Cougars combined to throw a no-hitter in that 7-3 victory.
No-hitters are rare, especially in college baseball. I’m not expecting many of you have detailed knowledge of WSU’s no-hitter history, but I’m going to test it anyway!
Q1: Who was the last WSU pitcher to throw an individual no-hitter?
Q2: Before SFA, who was the last team WSU threw a no-hitter against?
Q3: Who was the last Pac-12 team WSU threw a no-hitter against?
