Monday morning trivia — Post Oregon State

Washington State v USC Photo by Harry How/Getty Images

Washington State heads into a bye week, but not before they put up another impressive offensive performance. The Cougars topped 50 points for the second time this season and are No. 19 nationally in scoring at 41.8 points per game.

James Williams has led the way on the scoring side, with eight touchdowns. He sits at 48 points scored this season, one point ahead of kicker Blake Mazza for the WSU scoring lead. Kickers typically dominate the scoring titles, but Williams is making a strong run at it this season.

Q1: Who was the last non-kicker to lead WSU in scoring in a season?

Tay Martin scored a pair of touchdowns against Oregon State, his second two-touchdown game of the season. Easop Winston also has a game with two touchdowns this season. No player is yet to tally a three TD game in 2018, however, which is more rarified air.

Q2: Name the eight WSU players since 2000 to record three receiving touchdowns in a single game.
