The Lombardi Trophy could be making a visit to Pullman sometime this summer. The Philadelphia Eagles beat the New England Patriots on Sunday which meant Destiny Vaeao and Dom Williams were crowned Super Bowl champions.
Vaeao spent the season playing a reserve role on the Eagles’ defensive line while Williams was on Injured Reserve. Vaeao was inactive for the Super Bowl, so he didn’t get a chance to play on the biggest stage, but he still got to celebrate.

Vaeao and Williams are the first Cougs since Jason David in 2007 to win Super Bowl rings. Hopefully we’ll see a lot more graphics like this in the next few years.
