WSU announces uniform combo for Cheez-It Bowl

A 13th set in 13 games.

For fans who often wonder why our uniform combinations don’t always include both of the Washington State Cougars’ primary colors, the team’s finally got your back for the Cheez-It Bowl against the Air Force Falcons.

Here’s what they’ll be wearing on Friday night:

Gorgeous.

As near as I can tell, Air Force hasn’t revealed what uniforms they’ll be wearing. However, as the “away” team, they’ll be wearing a white jersey. They’ve done a few different things with that this season:

They wore the all-whites a few times this season. Personally, I think they should wear these beauties again:

UPDATE: It’s indeed all-white again.

For what it’s worth, this is the 13th different uniform combination WSU has worn this year, as the Cougars have not repeated a set all season. Here’s a look at the history, courtesy of our friend, Geoff O’Neil:
