Offensive linemen share a special bond, and that was never more evident than when Andre Dillard’s Washington State Cougars teammates reacted to him being selected No. 22 by the Philadelphia Eagles in the first round of the NFL Draft.
Via Dillard’s heir apparent at left tackle, Liam Ryan (warning — there’s a naughty word if you happen to be at work):

They’re excited!
After being projected as a top 15 pick in a number of mock drafts, Dillard had to wait a little while in the draft green room before hearing his name called — which means the guys in that video had been waiting a while to celebrate, too. But the Eagles finally took Dillard off the board after trading up three spots to get the pick from the Baltimore Ravens.
Given that Dillard arrived in Pullman as a 240-pound recruit, you know his brothers on the offensive line spent a lot of time lifting and eating and training next to him as he transformed into a 310-pound monster who ended up being the second offensive tackle off the board in the 2019 NFL Draft.
Go Cougs!
