The Washington State Cougars whipped the Northern Colorado Bears by six touchdowns on Saturday, but not all of you are pleased.
Thank goodness, because that kind of topic is like catnip to a couple of podcasters!
There was lots and lots and lots to talk about this week. Show rundown:
- Small talk/beer: Jeff ain’t drinking, but Craig picked up a beer while he was in Portland from Great Notion Brewing. This led us down the Great Notion rabbit hole talking about two of their more noteworthy (and controversial) beers: Blueberry Muffin and Double Stack.
- WSU crushes UNC (21:00): Let’s recap the game and discuss the perception of the team after a win that wasn’t as dominant as what we all were hoping for. People seem to be worried! But should they be?
- Pac-12 roundup (1:05:00): LOLOLOLUW. Cal baloney is not limited to WSU, apparently!
- GARDNER!! (1:24:00): Our former QB Gardner Minshew II had an incredible -- and incredibly unexpected -- debut for the Jacksonville Jaguars. We’re stoked. Also, let’s talk about another awesome debut: Ryan Hilinski at South Carolina.
You’ll probably hate it. We don’t care.
