Cougs look to revenge their only home loss from way back on January 6th when they take on the Ducks in Eugene. WSU is on a tear lately, winning 8 of their last 10, while UO has won 6 of 10 over the same stretch. The teams are tied for second place in the conference, currently one game behind Arizona, but Washington State has a better overall record and a stronger ranking in both NET and KenPom.
Last time Oregon was unconscious from distance, hitting about a zillion consecutive three pointers on their way to a win. Obviously a big key will be shutting them down from deep, but it will also be important to limit fouls -- UW sent the Ducks to the line 33 times in their 5 point loss on Thursday. Jaylen Wells is coming off his two best games as a Coug, while Andrej Jakimovski has been a crucial part of recent WSU wins as well. Here's hoping the Myles & Isaac Show gets going and Wazzu gets what would be yet another Quad 1 win on the road.
