Podcast Vs. Everyone: WSU hoping for some more home cooking

Once again, the road was unkind to the Cougars.

NCAA Basketball: Washington State at Colorado Ron Chenoy-USA TODAY Sports

The Washington State Cougars’ road swing through Colorado and Utah was its typically relentless self, with the Cougs returning home to Pullman with a couple of double digit losses.

But that’s not to say that there weren’t positives. There were lots! And hopefully it will carry over to Wednesday night’s game against the Arizona State Sun Devils.

Show rundown:

  • Hoops loses to Colorado, Utah: Not as good as last week! Still, there certainly were positives for the Cougars.
  • Looking ahead to ASU and Arizona (28:00ish): ASU is a prime opportunity for a victory, while Arizona ... well, there might not be a worse matchup in the conference for us.
  • Beer/Kids/Gordo (1:07:00ish): Craig’s having some Holy Mountain beer, Jeff is getting back to our “Coastal Elites” roots, Craig tried to potty train Bea, and we thought Anthony Gordon was pretty damn good in the Senior Bowl.

Fair warning, we do use naughty words from time. You’ll probably hate it. We don’t care.
