Nusser recently put together CougCenter's coverage plan for the 2013 season and based on it, there will be more WSU coverage here than ever before. Still, we are far from the only ones covering WSU, so here is a quick guide to ensure you all are getting every morsel of Cougar football coverage you can stomach.
Who to follow on Twitter
I realize not all of you are on Twitter, or like Twitter, but for those of you who use it, here are some people and lists to follow.
CougCenter Authors
@CougCenter -- Come for the links to posts and interesting retweets. Stay for the accidental tweets by Craig.
@NussCoug -- There will be rants, and they will be epic.
@BrianMFloyd -- He's verified, so no worries of it being some impostor.
@TheCraigPowers -- A combination of beer, WSU and SAP tweets.
@KyleRancourt -- WSU, recruiting, drinking, wrestling, other things.
@MarkSandritter -- I don't tweet often and when I do there is an 80 percent chance it's a golf picture.
@BigWoodWSU -- Sports, drinking and checking in at bars, how could you not follow.
@JeffDCollier -- Tweets about all things media, WSU, Breaking Bad and more!
@RM_Preston -- Golden Throat's golden Twitter.
@b17anderson -- Football, science, alcohol and other cool things.
@WazzuCrew11 -- GIFs and baseball and other fun things.
Media
@ChristianCaple -- The best WSU beat man in the biz.
@vinceg55 -- Former WSU beat man and semi-retired writer Vince Grippi
@ESPN_Pac12blog -- A good way to keep up on the latest happening around the Pac-12
@JessamynESPN -- WSU sideline reporter Jessamyn McIntyre
@budname -- WSU's new football play-by-play man
@WazzuFBBlog -- If the handle didn't give it away, this would be a blog about WSU Football.
Coaches/Official accounts
@wsucougfb -- WSU's official Twitter for the football program.
@WSUCougars -- The official Twitter for WSU athletics.
@Coach_Leach -- Mike Leach's Twitter account. Good for occasional tweets and a lot of randomness.
@CoachKWils -- WSU linebacker coach Ken Wilson.
@CoachJsalavea -- WSU defensive line coach Joe Salave'a
@CoachERussell1 -- WSU special teams coach Eric Russell
@CoachMcGuireWSU -- WSU offensive line coach Clay McGuire
@COUG_Equipment -- An look inside the WSU equipment room. They tweet some interesting photos.
Players
Too many to list, so instead I would suggest following this list created by Britton Ransford. It also includes some of the coaches and accounts from above.
Recruiting
Since taking over WSU's Rivals.com site Britton has done a great job covering all aspects of WSU recruiting at WazzuWatch. He is a great source for commitment news, player visits, offers and more. He is also a friend of CougCenter and frequently drops into our comment threads to provide even more insight.
You can follow him and WazzuWatch on Twitter. He frequently posts special offers for subscribing so if you are in the market keep and eye out for a deal. There is also quite a bit of free content.
Where to buy apparel
For all of your CougCenter related apparel needs, you can check out our official store. You can't find a #TeamBear or #TeamShark shirt anywhere else.
For more general WSU apparel, head over to CougShirts.com. They have some unique shirts, sweatshirts, glasses, flags and even swimwear. Most of the t-shirts are $20 or less. They are also run by Cougs and are generally good people. They donated a couple of shirts to Kyle and his wife after they lost all of their WSU clothing in the fire.
Where to watch the game
The simple answer to this is on TV or at the stadium. If you would prefer to watch the game on TV with other WSU fans, you have a couple of options.
In Pullman, you can go to about any bar or restaurant and be set. If you are not in Pullman, here is a list of viewing party locations put together by the WSU Alumni Association. There are 11 locations in Washington, three in California and Oregon and a few others scattered around the country.
If you are in Seattle, you can attend the 710 ESPN viewing party which is hosted by Jim Moore. The party will be at the Magnolia Village Pub. There will be WSU football ticket giveaways and Cougar trivia.
This is by no means a comprehensive list. It will, however, get you started. Consider this an open thread to post more ideas, websites, people to follow, etc.
