No, I didn't find Deone Bucannon's senior bowl highlights. I've searched, but I can't find anything. I can't even find a replay of the game to make a GIF or two.

Instead, the best I can come up with is this practice interview:

Pro Football Focus graded out the Senior Bowl including Bucannon's performance. Bucannon graded out well with a plus-1.4 grade. If you're unfamiliar with what PFF does, they watch the game and break down every play. The grade is based on the outcome of the play with zero being average. There are a wide range of opinions on their system, but at the very least it's an indication he played well.

It also provides a little more insight. We knew Bucannon finished with three tackles, but according to PFF, he played 23 snaps. Nine of those were run plays and he was in coverage for the other 14. He was given a +0.6 grade in run defense and +0.7 in coverage. That may be the best sign. The biggest question about Bucannon transitioning to the NFL is his ability in coverage. You can see the full breakdown here.
