The No. 24 Cougars have climbed into the AP top 25 for the first time in 9 years and have found an identity. For the Cougar seniors, they have been a key part of the transformation. A transformation of more than just the facilities and stadium, but a transformation of the product on the field. These seniors have helped change the culture of Cougar football. Just because they are playing their last game under the lights of Martin Stadium doesn't mean that they will not be around in the future.
One of the best parts about being a Coug is that once you're a Coug, you're always a Coug. Seniors like Taylor Taliulu, Jeremiah Allison, Dom Williams, Kache Palacio, Destiny Vaeao, and the other 11 players ending their Cougar careers this season will always been welcomed in Pullman. They will be featured as members of the team that resurrected Cougar football.
Being a Cougar at such an exciting time gives these seniors the opportunity to go out as part of something special. With today's game, the Apple Cup, and a bowl game still left, expect to see these seniors leave it all out on the field.
