Two interceptions versus Stanford notwithstanding, Luke Falk is starting to ball (see this dime of a TD to Tavares Martin Jr). So far in Pac-12 play, he is throwing for 8.1 Yards Per Attempt, stayed consistent in completing 74 percent of his passes and somehow “quietly” threw for 371 yards vs Oregon.
He faces a tough test this weekend as the UCLA Bruins and their No. 2 passing defense in the Pac-12 roll into Pullman. This will be a tough test for Falk in what is looking to be a supremely wet game. That said, the Cougar offensive line has been doing a great job of protecting Falk and UCLA has had trouble getting to the quarterback, only sacking the opposing signal caller once every 23 pass attempts.
The Cougar run game is rumbling and conference play Luke has arrived. Will he put up big numbers vs UCLA or will the Bruins get the best of him?
