The 2021 Washington State football season is nearly upon us, and that means it’s time to dive deep into previewing what we all hope will be the first full season since Covid disrupted our world.
We’ll be coming at you with a story a day (more or less) until the season kicks off on September 4 when the Cougars host Utah State for an 8 p.m. kickoff at Gesa Field at Martin Stadium.
We’ll break down the rosters, tackle some of the big questions facing the Cougars this season, analyze some of the on-field Xs and Os, and even get a little silly from time to time — for example, the Gambletron will make it’s triumphant return. And much more.
The biggest question, of course, is whether the Cougars can at least piece together another non-losing season and head to their sixth consecutive bowl game.
We’ll find out soon enough. In the meantime, get excited for the 12-game gauntlet by reading the stories below.
