Offensive Tackle Sean Krepsz of Riverside, Calif.'s Martin Luther King HS committed to Mike Leach and Washington State on Tuesday, according to multiple outlets.
First reported by Braulio Perez of Cougfan.com, Krepsz chose WSU over reported offers from Colorado State, Fresno State, San Diego State, San Jose State, and Utah State. He becomes the Cougs' 13th commitment of the 2014 recruiting class.
At 6-foot-5 and 295 pounds, Krepsz is a consensus 3-star recruit from all of the four major scouting sites. With his commitment, he becomes the third OT to join the fray in the past two months. There's no embeddable video on Krepsz, but you can check out his Hudl page for that.
Watching video on Krepsz, it's easy to see why Leach and staff liked him so much. He's a big mauler, but he doesn't simply rely on size to beat his man. I'm assuming he takes a year and redshirts before joining the fold in 2015, as WSU is slowly getting to the point of not playing freshman out of necessity.
