Defensive end T.J. Fehoko is one of the top prospects in Utah in the class of 2015 and one of the biggest targets remaining on WSU's recruiting board heading into National Signing Day. The Cougars prevailed in the end with Fehoko choosing the Cougars over Nevada and others.
Fehoko originally committed to Colorado over offers from Oregon State, Pittsburgh and others. He remained in the Colorado fold for much of the season, before opening things up in late January. The Cougars pursued Fehoko for a while and had him in Pullman for an official visit during Apple Cup weekend. He's cousins with 4-star defensive tackle Thomas Toki who signed earlier in the day with WSU.
A consensus 3-star recruit, Fehoko is ranked as one of the top recruits in the state of Utah. At 6-foot-1 and 245 pounds, he is likely to stick at defensive end for WSU. Fehoko was a very productive player in high school, ranking up some lofty sack totals. WSU has some holes to fill along the defensive line and you can never have too many pass rushers, so it stands to reason Fehoko could compete for immediate playing time next season. If not, he should be in the mix at defensive end down the road, possibly lining up next to his cousin, Toki.
