How to watch the Cougs vs. Utes

The Cougs hit the road to face Utah. Find out how to watch them here.

NCAA Football: Washington State at Houston Troy Taormina-USA TODAY Sports

The Washington State Cougars and Utah Utes both look to bounce back from disappointing early-season losses as they battle in Rice-Eccles Stadium on Saturday. Both teams come into the game at 3-1 and looking for their first conference win.

WSU has taken each of the last four meetings between the two schools, including a 28-24 win in Pullman last season. The Cougs will look to ride a hot offense and hope that a struggling defense can come together to keep the Utes offense down just enough. One potential problem for the Utes: It’s believed that their all-Pac-12 running back Zack Moss will be out with an injury.

The Utes also have been vulnerable to potent passing attacks over the years, including last week when the USC Trojans rolled up 30 points and more than 350 passing yards.

Weather could be an issue. There are thunderstorms forecast in Salt Lake City all day on Saturday, and the Pac-12 won’t play if lightning is in the area. For now, the game is planned to go on as scheduled.

Utah and WSU fans alike may be struggling to find the game on television if they are Dish subscribers—a common thing to be as a Pac-12 fan. For those who don’t get FS1 because Dish and Sling have taken it off their airwaves, here is a list of places to grab a free trial for the weekend.
