The Washington State Cougars face the Stanford Cardinal this afternoon, and WSU comes into the game has heavy underdogs. The Cardinal are favored by 25 points, and the Cougs are going to have to show some major improvement to cover in this one.
Jeff Tuel will get the start for the first time since the Eastern Washington game. Mike Leach finally grew tired of Connor Halliday's propensity to lock on to receivers and force the ball downfield. Tuel made some strides against against Cal, shaking off some the hesitation that plagued him earlier in the season.
Stanford is going to run the ball down WSU's throats. Ioane Gauta and Toni Pole will need to be big today.
Another reminder to keep pirated stream links out of the game thread. SB Nation doesn't want them. We don't want to be associated with them. So please keep them away.
The game will be televised by Pac-12 Networks at 3:15 p.m. PT.
Go Cougs!
